Upon arrival at Orlando International Airport, take a monorail to your terminal (A, B or C). At Sanford Airport, head to your terminal (A or B)
At Orlando International Airport, follow the signs for baggage claim on Level 2 & at Sanford International Airport, follow the signs for baggage claim on Level 1
Upon exiting the escalator next to the Information Booth, your driver will be easy to spot. He or she be holding a sign with your name on it to ensure a smooth and hassle-free pick-up
At Orlando International Airport, Level 1 express pick-up is typically for commercial vehicles, our driver will ensure a smooth pick-up by meeting you at baggage claim and will ensure a quick and efficient exit from the airport.

We drop off all our passengers at the designated drop off location at their cruise terminal.
Cruise terminals are for passenger pick-up & drop-off only. Please be aware that cruise terminals do not allow parking for private & commercial vehicles. They are designated for passenger loading & unloading only.
Our driver will be waiting in the vicinity of the ship for your designated arrival time. Please contact the driver after disembarking from the cruise ship.

To ensure a smooth arrival experience, we closely track flight statuses, including delays, cancellations, and on-time arrivals, for all our passengers flying into Orlando and Sanford Airports.
We provide a wide range of free car seats to ensure a safe and comfortable ride for children of all ages. This includes booster seats, high-back boosters, car seats and infant seats (available upon request)
We understand plans can change. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pick-up are non-refundable. To receive a full refund, please cancel your booking at least 24 hours before your pick-up time
