   – Upon arrival at Port Canaveral, our drivers will drop off all passengers at the designated drop-off location at their respective cruise terminal. Please follow the instructions provided by our driver to ensure a smooth disembarkation process.

 

  1. Parking Restrictions:

   – Please be aware that cruise terminals at Port Canaveral are designated for passenger pick-up and drop-off only. Parking for private and commercial vehicles is not allowed within the terminals. These areas are strictly for passenger loading and unloading.

 

  1. Driver Location:

   – Our driver will be waiting in the vicinity of the ship for your designated arrival time. After disembarking from the cruise ship, please look for our driver holding a sign with your name or group name for easy identification. If you have any trouble locating your driver, don’t hesitate to contact us for assistance.

 

  1. Flight Status Tracking:

   – To ensure a smooth arrival experience, we closely track flight statuses, including delays, cancellations, and on-time arrivals, for all our passengers flying into Orlando and Sanford Airports. Rest assured, we’ll be there to greet you upon your arrival and accommodate any changes to your schedule.

 

  1. Child Safety:

   – We prioritize the safety and comfort of all our passengers, especially children. That’s why we provide a wide range of free car seats to ensure a safe and comfortable ride for children of all ages. This includes booster seats, high-back boosters, car seats, and infant seats, available upon request.

 

  1. Cancellation Policy:

   – We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer a flexible cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pick-up are non-refundable. To receive a full refund, please cancel your booking at least 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time.

To show your appreciation, a gratuity of 20% is recommended to be paid to the driver directly. Your generosity is greatly appreciated and helps support our hardworking team.
